The short version
This site has one form. If you fill it in, we get your name, your business, your email and your message. It lands in one inbox and one private spreadsheet, both of which only NINE TEN can see. We reply to you. That is the whole cycle.
What the form collects
Name
Business name, if you give one
Email address
Whatever you wrote in the message field
Nothing on this site asks for payment details, government identifiers, health information or anything else sensitive. Please do not send those in the message field.
Why we collect it
To answer you, and to keep a record of who asked us what. That is a legitimate business interest, and by sending the form you are asking us to get in touch. We do not use what you send to build an advertising profile, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered to NINE TEN’s inbox and written to a private Google Sheet owned by NINE TEN. The site itself is hosted and served by Framer, which processes basic request data — page views, referrer, approximate region, device class — as part of its built-in analytics. That analytics is aggregate and does not identify you.
Our processors are Framer (hosting, form delivery and analytics), Google (email and spreadsheet storage) and Cloudflare (domain and DNS). We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
We set no advertising or tracking cookies. Framer may set a small number of strictly necessary cookies to serve the site. There is nothing here to opt out of, because there is nothing following you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within twenty-four months. Enquiries that become work are kept as part of the client record for as long as that relationship and the law require.
Your choices
Email hello@nine-ten.co and ask for a copy of what we hold on you, a correction, or deletion. We will do it within thirty days, and we will not ask you why. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants you stronger rights than these, you keep them.
Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
Changes and contact
If this notice changes materially we will change the date at the top. NINE TEN, Dover, New Hampshire, United States — hello@nine-ten.co.
