What this site is

nine-ten.co describes what NINE TEN does. It is a description of capability, not an offer, a quote, or advice you should act on without talking to us first.

No engagement until it is written down

Reading this site, sending the form, or exchanging email with us does not create a consulting, advisory or fiduciary relationship. Work begins when both sides sign a written agreement that says so, and that agreement governs over anything on this site.

The marks on this site

The NINE TEN name, wordmark, Bearing mark and the visual system built around them belong to NINE TEN. Client and employer names appear with permission or as a factual statement of past work, and remain the property of their owners. Their presence is not an endorsement of us by them.

Do not copy, reuse or adapt anything on this site without written permission.

Accuracy

We keep this site current and correct as best we can, and we make no warranty that it is complete or error-free. Figures, capabilities and client lists change.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the fullest extent the law allows, NINE TEN is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of it, or from reliance on anything published here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in New Hampshire.
